1327.04 DIRECT REPORT.
   An alarm system which transmits an automatic alarm directly to the City by reason of installation in a financial institution required to have such alarm system by law shall:
   (a)   Transmit the alarm in such manner, form and content as may be specified by the Chief, Division of Police;
   (b)   Be designed so that such alarm system will notify the permit holder of the same, or designee when transmitting to the City;
   (c)   If transmitted over telephone lines, transmit only over special trunklines designated by the Chief, Division of Police; and
   (d)   Insure that any message designed to be understood by another person be intelligible.
