Any and all suppliers or installers of concrete performing concrete work within the City of Berea, whether that work is performed for the City or for private persons, shall be certified by the American Concrete Institute, or its equivalent, as a concrete flatwork finisher. Failure to produce satisfactory evidence of such certification is just cause for the City to reject a bid for concrete work, or the issuance of a stop work order. (Ord. 95-15. Passed 4-3-95.)
