947.06 VIOLATION A NUISANCE; ABATEMENT.

A violation of any provision of Sections 947.03 through 947.05 shall constitute a nuisance, and in addition to any penalty provided by Section 947.99 for such violation, the nuisance may be abated in the manner provided now or in the future by the statutes of Ohio or pursuant to Chapter 931 of the Codified Ordinances.
