911.13 NOTICE OF VIOLATION.

Except where a person is acting in good faith to comply with an abatement order issued pursuant to Section 911.12, violation of any provision of this chapter shall be cause for a notice of violation to be issued by the Zoning Administrator, Building Inspector or law enforcement officer.
