907.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Any minor violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Court.
   (b)   Any person violating the provisions of Section 907.02, 907.05, 907.06 or 907.07 shall, upon a first offense, be guilty of a minor misdemeanor; upon a second or subsequent offense such person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
