905.18 ANIMAL OWNER LIABLE FOR DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY.

The owner, keeper or harborer of any animal, livestock or poultry which damages or destroys public property shall be held liable for the full value of the property damaged or destroyed, in addition to any penalty imposed for violation of this chapter.
