751.02 PARKING PROHIBITION, GENERAL.
   No person shall park a motor vehicle in any of the following places, to wit:
   (a)   On a sidewalk, tree lawn, curb or median strip;
   (b)   Across the access to a public or private driveway;
   (c)   Within ten feet of a fire hydrant;
   (d)   Across any portion or within twenty feet of a marked crosswalk;
   (e)   Within, or closer than twenty feet, from an intersection;
   (f)   Closer than thirty feet to any stop sign, flashing beacon or traffic control signal;
   (g)   Closer than fifty feet to a railroad track;
   (h)   More than twelve inches from an adjacent curb, or the end of a recognizable pavement;
   (i)   Closer than twelve inches to the front or rear of another parked vehicle;
   (j)   Upon or under any bridge;
   (k)   In any area designated and marked for motor vehicles operated by, or transporting physically limited persons as provided in Section 751.06;
   (l)   Within any areas designated as a truck loading zone during the hours indicated by a marker designating such zone, except for such commercial vehicles as may call for the use of such truck loading zone;
   (m)   On any street or thoroughfare within the City between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.;
   (n)   In any area designated and marked as a bus stop or taxi stand;
   (o)   Upon any municipally owned property except vehicles may be parked on municipal parking lots in accordance with Chapter 755;
   (p)   Any area designated as a fire lane, or other fire emergency area, by the Chief, Division of Fire, or the Chief, Division of Police, acting under the authority granted by statute, or elsewhere in these Codified Ordinances;
   (q)   Alongside or opposite any street excavation or obstruction when such standing or parking would obstruct traffic;
   (r)   At any place where signs prohibit or limit the time of stopping, standing or parking;
   (s)   In any driveway used by more than one family or tenant or used for business purposes so as to obstruct the use of such driveway by other persons entitled thereto;
   (t)   Upon any private property within the City except upon driveways, parking lots, in garages or in an area improved for vehicular use;
   (u)   On a cul-de-sac;
   (v)   Upon any street with the vehicle facing in a direction other than the direction of travel on that side of the street.
   (w)   Alongside any other parked or stopped vehicle.

   (x)   On a private driveway without consent of the owner or a person authorized to give consent. (A.O.)
   (y)   On the fire hydrant side of the street, in any residential district classified as Residential Single-Family “A”, “B” (RSF-A or RSF-B) District, or in any Residential Single Family Townhouse (RSF-T) District.
