244.02   BUILDING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.
   (a)   The position of Building Administrative Assistant is hereby established in and for the Village.
   (b)   The duties of the Building Administrative Assistant shall be to:
      (1)   Serve as coordinator between the Solicitor's office, the Building Department and the Village Engineer, and the subdividers, builders and building permittees;
      (2)   Establish and maintain records in connection with all fees, deposits and payments required for the issuance of building or other permits;

      (3)   Coordinate the efforts of the Village Clerk and the Building Inspector in connection with the receipt of fees and the issuance of building permits;
(Adopting Ordinance)
      (4)   Receive and submit all plans required to be considered by the Planning Commission;
      (5)   Perform such other duties as are assigned by Council.
   (c)   The compensation of the Building Administrative Assistant shall be determined from time to time by ordinance adopted by Council.
