240.05   POLICE SECRETARY; DEPUTY CLERK.
   Effective January 1, 1997, the position of Police Secretary, which shall include the duties of the deputy clerk, a part-time position, the duties of which are closely allied with the operations of the Police Department, shall be employed in accordance with the following provisions:
   (a)   Work Schedule:   As assigned by the Chief of Police under the direction of the Mayor.
   (b)   Clothing Allowance:   The clothing allowance of the Police Secretary; Deputy Clerk shall be determined from time to time by ordinance adopted by Council.
