233.03 RECREATION AND BEAUTIFICATION FUND.

There is hereby and herein created the "Recreation and Beautification Fund" of the Village, into which all donations and fund-raising activities scheduled for recreation and/or beautification of the Village will be deposited, and from which any duly authorized expenditures for such purposes can be made.
