EDITOR'S NOTE: The offices of Village Clerk and Village Treasurer were combined into one office, known as the Clerk-Treasurer, by Ordinance 1965-10, passed July 12, 1965. This ordinance was repealed, and the offices were made separate again, by Ordinance 1995-31, passed September 20, 1995. Ordinance 2001-16, passed May 16, 2001, combined the offices of Village Clerk and Village Treasurer, re-establishing the office of the Clerk- Treasurer. Ordinance 2008-42, passed October 15, 2008, replaced the position with the Office of Village Fiscal Officer.
