11-5-6: PEDESTRIANWAYS:

Sidewalks shall be installed, in accordance with the Village and IDOT standards and specifications, on both sides of the street. Sidewalks in residential subdivisions shall not be less than five feet (5') wide and in manufacturing and business subdivisions, width of sidewalks shall be as approved by the Community Development Commission. (Ord. 11-86, 4-17-1986)
