A. Public or community water supply and distribution systems, including water services to each lot, shall be installed in accordance with Village standards and specifications to serve all lots within a subdivision.
B. Where water mains of larger capacity are required, as directed by the Board of Trustees, to serve the future growth in the vicinity of the subdivision, the subdivider shall be required to pay for the engineering and installation to his subdivision.
C. Fire hydrants and water valves shall be installed at locations designated by the Village Engineer and in accordance with Village standards and specifications. (Ord. 11-86, 4-17-1986)
