A. Public or community sanitary sewerage systems, including sewer stub terminals at the lot line for each lot, shall be installed in accordance with Village standards and specifications to serve all lots in a subdivision.
B. Stormwater drainage systems shall be designated to service the entire subdivision to carry off water from all inlets, catch basins or open drainageways, and be connected with an adequate outfall. The stormwater drainage system shall be separated and independent of the sanitary sewer system. Stormwater detention shall be required per the standards of the DuPage County Countywide Stormwater and Floodplain Ordinance or as directed by the Village Engineer.
C. Where sanitary or storm sewer mains of larger capacity than necessary are required, as directed by the Board of Trustees, to serve the subdivision as delineated in the preliminary plat, or to serve future growth in the vicinity of the subdivision, the subdivider shall be required to pay for the engineering and installation to his subdivision.
