11-2-6: VIOLATION, PENALTY:
Anyone violating any of the provisions of this Title shall forfeit, upon conviction to the Village, a fine as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code, plus the costs of the action, and each day that such violation continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense. (Ord. 11-86, 4-17-1986)
