9-17-2: DEFINITIONS:
For this section, the following definitions shall apply:
ADEQUATE RADIO COVERAGE: Coverage under which a minimum of ninety percent (90%) of each floor of a building shall be able to receive a minimum signal strength of one microvolt when transmitted from village communication networks and which also is specifically able to accommodate village two-way wireless communications from such locations within a building to a location outside of said building. The frequency range must be supportable for village police department communications and shall be at least from seven hundred sixty four (764) MHz to eight hundred sixty nine (869) MHz, and one hundred fifty (150) MHz to one hundred fifty five (155) MHz, or as otherwise required by the chief of police.
BUILDING: Any multi-family residential or nonresidential structure, or any part thereof, including underground and attic floors. (Ord. 13-2014, 2-25-2014)
