9-17-1: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this chapter is to promote, protect and safeguard the public safety, health and welfare of the citizens of Bensenville by ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the village's wireless communication networks used for public safety, police, fire, emergency management, and other emergency related activities.
