The Bensenville Historical Commission shall meet at such times as may be determined by the Commission, and such meetings may be held upon the call of the chairman or any three (3) members thereof. The Commission shall meet at least quarterly and at such other times as the Commission deems necessary. One of the members of the Commission shall act as secretary.
