There is hereby created the Bensenville Historical Commission. The Historical Commission shall consist of a minimum of seven (7) members, including a chairman, appointed by the Village President, on the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. Each member shall serve a term of three (3) years. Vacancies on the Commission shall be filled in the same manner as original appointments are made. In addition to the members and chairman, one member of the Board of Trustees serving ex-officio will be appointed to the Commission by the President. (Ord. 33-85, 11-21-1985)
