9-3-5: SANITARY SERVICES AND CLEANOUTS FOR ONE- AND TWO-FAMILY DWELLINGS:

B. For all new construction, or replacements of existing services, a cleanout shall be provided outside of the dwelling within five feet (5') of the building foundation. Cleanouts shall be a minimum of six inches (6") in diameter, shall be extended to finished grade, and shall be located so as to be accessible. Cleanouts shall be sanitary tees so as to allow two-way rodding, either toward the main or the dwelling. (Ord. 84-2010, 11-9-2010)
