It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain any housecar trailer for human habitation or mobile home within the Village except in a licensed trailer park. Housecar trailers or mobile homes not for habitation may be granted temporary permits to park on private property for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days. The Director of Community and Economic Development Department has the authority to grant such permits up to fourteen (14) days; all applications for longer periods must be approved by the Village Board.
