A. The following regulations shall govern the use of the Addison Street parking lot at the intersection of Green Street and Addison Street in the village:
1. No commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, nor trailers shall be allowed to park in the lot.
2. No repairs, oil changes, or other maintenance shall be permitted.
3. No person shall park a vehicle for longer than a four (4) hour period unless a permit is displayed between six o'clock (6:00) A.M. and four o'clock (4:00) P.M.
4. No overnight parking without a permit between three o'clock (3:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M.
5. Permits must be displayed in the rear window.
6. Permits are issued at the village hall at the direction of the village manager for employees and contractors of the village who are on official village business. (Ord. 9-2004, 1-20-2004)
B. A violation of subsections A1 through A6 of this section shall subject such vehicle discovered to be in violation of any one or more of said subsections A1 through A6 of this section to be immediately towed at the registered owner's expense and may subject the violator to a citation. Upon conviction, the violator will be subject to a fine of twenty five dollars ($25.00) and the costs of prosecution. Any person accused of a violation of this section may pay the penalty provided for the violation before the due date on the citation at the village hall. In the event the citation has not been paid by the due date, the village finance department shall cause to be mailed to the registered owner of the vehicle involved a "final notice". The amount due after final notice shall be the amount of the penalty set forth in this subsection plus an additional fifteen dollars ($15.00) on each citation. (Ord. 24-2005, 4-30-2005)
