When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle at the times indicated upon any of the following streets or areas:
A. In any alley or on any private property without the consent of the owner.
B. On any cul-de-sac.
C. In commuter parking lots and other Village owned and maintained lots, where signs are posted. The Chief of Police may, in his or her discretion, designate areas of the commuter and other parking lots owned and maintained by the Village as no parking zones by erecting signs giving notice thereof, where necessary to facilitate ingress and egress of buses and other vehicles.
D. In any designated fire lane. A fire lane with no parking thereon is hereby established for the following:
The Edge Ice Arena, 545 John Street, the entire north drive and east drive adjacent to building and east fence line and those areas posted adjacent to the south and west sides of the building.
The Edge Ice Arena, 735 E. Jefferson, the entire south and east drives of the building and the north side of the building other than designated parking stalls.
E. No truck parking:
Foster Avenue, south side, 175 feet east from centerline of Marshall Road.
Foster Avenue, south side, 230 feet to 270 feet west from the west rail of the railroad crossing.
F. No parking at any time:
