No person shall park a vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic control device, in the following places:
A. In, on, along or over any easement for public utilities where such easement has been created by plat duly recorded in the Circuit Courts of DuPage and Cook Counties.
B. Between the sidewalk and the curb, or the edge of the paved portion of the public right-of-way where curbs do not exist.
C. Across any public sidewalk. (Ord. 42-2007, 8-13-2007)
