4-8-14: IMPACT ON EXISTING ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION SYSTEMS:
This chapter shall not affect the validity of systems of administrative adjudication that were authorized by state law, including the village of Bensenville ordinances, and in existence prior to the effective date hereof. (Ord. 12-2008, 3-18-2008)
