Hereby adopted is 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-2.2-1 et seq., in its current form and as it may be amended from time to time, and as allowed by said statute, for the adjudication of code violations to the extent permitted by law. (Ord. 12-2008, 3-18-2008)
