4-5-4: HOURS RESTRICTED:

All parades shall be held during daylight hours at times other than peak traffic periods (7:30 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.) Monday through Saturday, and not before twelve o'clock (12:00) noon on Sundays. All open air meetings shall conclude by twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight and shall not be held before twelve o'clock (12:00) noon on Sunday. (1976 Code § 41.17)
