4-4-4: CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELINQUENCY OF A CHILD:
   A.   Definition Of Delinquent Child: For the purposes of this Section, a "delinquent child" is any minor who prior to his eighteenth birthday has violated or attempted to violate, regardless of where the act occurred, any Federal or State law or municipal ordinance.
   B.   Contributing To Delinquency Of Child: Any person who knowingly or wilfully causes, aids or encourages any boy or girl to be or to become a delinquent child, or who knowingly or wilfully does acts which directly tend to render any such child so delinquent is guilty of contributing to the delinquency of children.
