3-3-24: SALE, GIFT OR DELIVERY OF ALCOHOL BY MINORS:
   A.   Restrictions: It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to sell, give, deliver or otherwise provide in any manner to any person any alcoholic beverage in the Village.
   B.   Owner/Occupant Responsibility: It shall be unlawful for any owner or occupant of any premises located within the Village to knowingly allow or permit any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to sell, give, deliver or otherwise provide in any manner to any person any alcoholic beverage on such premises.
   C.   Exception: Persons eighteen (18), nineteen (19), and twenty (20) years of age may work in and serve, but not sell or offer for sale, alcoholic beverages in establishments licensed under this Code.
   D.   Violation: Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. (Ord. 6-97, 3-18-1997)
