Upon the collection of all license fees as provided hereunder by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner, the same shall be forthwith turned over to the Village Treasurer. In the event the license applied for is denied or rejected as being incomplete or inaccurate, the fees, less a one hundred dollar ($100.00) processing charge, shall be returned to the applicant. If the license is granted, then the fee shall be deposited in the General Corporate Fund. (Ord. 31-2002, 7-16-2002)
