(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 71.01 to 71.04, specifically by operating an all- terrain vehicle or utility vehicle on the streets and highways of the city in violation of any provision of §§ 71.01 to 71.04, shall be punished by a fine of a $100 and, specifically shall be subject to having the all-terrain vehicle or utility vehicle which was operated in violation of §§ 71.01 to 71.04 impounded for a period of 30 days.
