§ 53.99 PENALTY.
 
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating § 53.07 shall upon conviction be fined $100 for each violation.

   (C)   Any person violating § 53.10 shall upon conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of up to $500.

   (D)   Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of §§ 53.25 to 53.28, set forth at full length herein or incorporated by reference shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of such failure to comply.
