§ 53.10 DISPOSAL OF TRASH IN ANOTHER’S WASTE CONTAINER PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit waste material of any kind in any waste container not belonging to such person or to dispose of such waste material by leaving the same on any public or private property unless such property is designated for disposal or collection of such waste.
