A. Planning And Zoning Commission: The commission shall be the designated planning body for the county pursuant to Idaho Code 67-6504 and title 2, chapter 1 of this code. The commission shall be responsible for making recommendations to the commissioners on land use planning matters contained in this title and other matters as requested by the commissioners.
B. Planning And Zoning Administrator: The administrator shall be the individual or individuals designated by the county to issue permits, collect fees and process applications under this title.
C. Summary Of Actions: The following table is a summary list of the actions that the county shall take in administration of this title, the body responsible for the action, and the reference to the process under which the action shall be taken unless otherwise required by Idaho Code:
