(a) No person shall park an inoperable vehicle upon any road, street or highway in the City longer than seventy-two consecutive hours.
(b) “Inoperable” is defined as meaning unable to be driven upon a public road, street or highway for any reason.
(c) Whoever violates this section shall be issued a warning by the Police Department. Upon a second offense within one year, the violator is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. For a third offense within one year, the vehicle may be towed with costs charged to the violator.
