339.12 ENGINE COMPRESSION BRAKES; RETARDERS.

(a) No person shall, while operating any commercial vehicle within the City limits, use engine compression brakes or engine retarders or similar braking equipment.

(b) Violation of this section shall constitute a minor misdemeanor. Each application of engine compression brakes or engine retarders or similar braking equipment within City limits may constitute a separate offense.
