160.01 ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby created and established a Tree Commission for the City, which Commission shall consist of the following five members: The Safety-Service Director, a member of Council to be selected by Council, and three persons, citizens and residents of this City, who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council.
