149.04 WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT’S OFFICE RENTAL.

(a) The Water Department, in consideration for office space, utilities, and manpower furnished by the City, shall pay to the City’s General Fund a sum to be calculated by the City Auditor each and every month, for so long as the Belpre Water Department office is housed in the Belpre City Building. Such rental shall be due on the first day of each and every month.

(b) The Sewer Department, in consideration for office space, utilities, and manpower furnished by the City, shall pay to the City’s General Fund a sum to be calculated by the City Auditor each and every month, for so long as the Belpre Sewer Department office is housed in the Belpre City Building. Such rental shall be due on the first day of each and every month.
