149.01 PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT.

(a) The Public Works Superintendent shall be responsible for the operation, maintenance and expansion of the Water and Sewer Department of the City, subject to direction by the Director of Public Service and Safety.

(b) Salary of the Public Works Superintendent shall be paid from the Water and Sewer Funds.
