147.02 DUTIES OF CHIEF.

(a) The duties and job responsibilities of the Belpre Fire Chief shall be those set out in a position description developed and maintained by the Safety-Service Director.

(b) The Assistant Chief shall perform the duties of the Chief in the absence of the Chief, and he shall be charged with plans and training for the Department.
