Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 731.25, there being no newspaper printed in the City, Council does hereby declare that all ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports, required by law or ordinance to be published, shall be posted for a period of not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the taking effect thereof in the following public places in the City:
(a) City Building at 715 Park Drive;
(b) Fire Department building at 704 Washington Boulevard;
(c) Fire Department building on Farson Street;
(d) Water Department building at 906 Florence Street; and
(e) Belpre City Schools Administration building at 2014 Washington Boulevard.
