105.01 DESIGNATION.
   The boundary lines of the wards of the City shall be comprised as follows:
   (a)   First Ward. The First Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the center of Fourth Street at the low water mark of the Ohio River and running thence on the center line of Fourth Street, westerly to the center of the intersection of Fourth Street and Elm Street; thence in a northerly direction along the center line of Elm Street to the center of the intersection of Elm Street and Sixth Street; thence westerly along the center line of Sixth Street to the center of the intersection of Sixth Street and Barclay Street; thence in a northwesterly direction along the center line of Barclay Street to the center of the intersection of Barclay Street and Depot Street; thence in a westerly direction along the center line of Depot Street to its intersection with the center line of Depot Street to its intersection with the center line of the CSX Corporation, (formerly the B & O Railroad), main line, thence westerly along the center line of the CSX Corporation, (formerly the B & O Railroad), main line to its intersection with the center line of Pomeroy Pike; thence southwest along the center line of Pomeroy Pike to its intersection with the center line of Putnam Howe Drive; thence in a southwesterly direction along the center line of Putnam Howe Drive to its intersection with the centerline of Park Drive; thence in a northwesterly direction along the center line of Park Drive to its intersection with the center line of Gene Street; thence southwesterly along the center line of Gene Street to its intersection with the center line of Talbot Street; thence northwesterly along the center line of Talbot Street to its intersection with the center line of Elizabeth Street; thence southwesterly along the center line of Elizabeth Street to its intersection with the center line of
Sycamore Street; thence southeasterly along the center line of Sycamore Street to its intersection with the center line of Washington Boulevard; thence in a westerly direction along the center line of Washington Boulevard to its intersection with the westerly corporation boundary line just west of Sycamore Street; thence south to the low water mark of the Ohio River in the southerly corporation boundary line; thence easterly along the southerly corporation boundary line and northerly along the easterly corporation boundary line along the low water mark of the Ohio River to the point of beginning.
   (b)   Second Ward. The Second Ward shall contain all that territory bounded as described as follows:
Beginning at the center of Fourth Street at the low water mark of the Ohio River and running thence on the center line of Fourth Street, westerly to the center of the intersection of Fourth Street and Elm Streets; thence in a northerly direction along the center line of Elm Street to the center of the intersection of Elm Street and Sixth Street; thence westerly along the center line of Sixth Street to the center of the intersection of Sixth Street and Barclay Street; thence in a northwesterly direction along the center line of Barclay Street to the center of the intersection of Barclay Street and Depot Street; thence in a westerly direction along the center line of Depot Street to its intersection with the center line of the CSX Corporation, (formerly the B & O Railroad), main line; thence westerly along the center line of the CSX Corporation, (formerly the B & O Railroad), main line to its intersection with the center line of Pomeroy Pike; thence in a southwesterly direction along the center line of Pomeroy Pike to its intersection with the center line of Putnam Howe Drive; thence southwesterly along the center line of Putnam Howe Drive to the intersection with the center line of Moody Street; thence northwesterly along the center line of Moody Street to the intersection with the center line of Roselawn Street; thence northeasterly along the center line of Roselawn Street to the intersection with the center line of the intersection of Ohio Street; thence in a northerly direction along the center line of Ohio Street to its intersection with the center line of the CSX Corporation (formerly B & O Railroad), main line; thence easterly along the center line of the CSX Railroad (formerly B & O Railroad), main line to its intersection with the center of Carlisle Avenue; thence in a northerly direction along the center line of Carlisle Avenue to its intersection with the northerly corporation boundary line; thence easterly along the northerly corporation boundary line to its intersection with the low water mark of the Ohio River on the easterly corporation boundary line; thence in a southerly direction along the easterly corporation boundary line to the point of beginning.
   (c)   Third Ward. The Third Ward shall contain all the territory bounded and described as follows:
Beginning in the northerly corporate boundary line where it intersects with the center line of Carlisle Avenue, also being the northwesterly corner of the Second Ward; thence southerly along Carlisle Avenue and the westerly boundary line of the Second Ward to its intersection with the center line of the CSX Corporation, (formerly B & O Railroad), main line; thence westerly along the center line of the CSX Corporation, (formerly B & O Railroad), main line to its intersection with the centerline of Ohio Street; thence southerly along the center line of Ohio Street to its intersection with the center line of
Roselawn Street; thence southwesterly along the center line of Roselawn Street to the intersection of the center line of Moody Street; thence southeasterly along the center line of Moody Street to its intersection with the center line of Putnam Howe Drive; thence southwesterly along the center line of Putnam Howe Drive to its intersection with the center line of Park Drive; thence northwesterly along the center line of Park Drive to its intersection with Gene Street; thence southwesterly along the center line of Gene Street to its intersection with the center line of Talbot Street; thence northwesterly along the center line of Talbot Street to its intersection with the center line of Elizabeth Street; thence southwesterly along the center line of Elizabeth Street to its intersection with the center line of George Street; thence northwesterly along the center line of George Street to its intersection with the center line of the CSX Corporation (formerly B & O Railroad), main line; thence westerly along the center line of the CSX Corporation, (formerly B & O Railroad) to its intersection with the center line of Westview Drive; thence northwesterly along the center line of Westview Drive to its intersection with the center line of Rockland Avenue; thence easterly along the center line of Rockland Avenue to its intersection with the center line of George Street; thence northerly along the center line of George Street and George Street extended, crossing U.S. Route 50 and State Route 7, to the northerly corporate boundary line; thence easterly along the northerly corporate boundary line to the point of beginning.
   (d)   Fourth Ward. The Fourth Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
Beginning in the northerly corporate boundary line where it intersects with the center line of George Street Extended, also being the northwesterly corner of the Third Ward; thence westerly along the northerly corporate boundary line to the northwesterly corner of the City limits; thence southerly along the westerly corporate boundary line to the southwesterly corner of the City limits; thence easterly along the southerly corporate boundary line to its intersection with the center line of Sycamore Street; thence northwesterly along the center line of Sycamore Street to its intersection with the center line of Elizabeth Street; thence northeasterly along the center line of Elizabeth Street to its intersection with the center line of George Street; thence north along the center line of George Street to its intersection with the center line of CSX Corporation (formerly B & O Railroad) main line; thence westerly along the center line of the CSX Corporation (formerly B & O Railroad) main line to its intersection with the center line of Westview Drive; thence northwesterly along the center line of Westview Drive to its intersection with the center line of Rockland Avenue; thence easterly along the center line of Rockland Avenue to its intersection with the center line of George Street,; thence northerly along the center line of George Street and George Street Extended (also being the westerly boundary line of the Third Ward) to the point of beginning.
