Pursuant to the requirements of Ohio R.C. 3709.051 and 3709.052, the Mayor of the City of Marietta, Ohio, and the Mayor of the City of Belpre, Ohio, have entered into a contract establishing a Joint Consolidated City Health Department for the delivery of Public Health Services to both the City of Marietta, Ohio, and the City of Belpre, Ohio. A copy of the Contract has been filed with the Board of Health.
