(a) Failure to Comply. In case any person refuses to comply with an order issued by the office of code enforcement or the Safety Service Director pursuant to the above provisions, in addition to the penalties provided by the City Code, the City of Belpre may institute appropriate civil proceedings to enforce compliance with the order.
(b) Penalties. Any person violating a provision of this Code shall be deemed guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor and fined not more than $250.00. Each day that a person continues to violate a provision of this Code shall constitute a separate and complete offense.
