If the owner, lessee, agent, or tenant having charge of or responsibility for maintenance of the lot or land fails to comply with the notice, the Safety-Service Director shall thereupon cause the litter to be collected and removed, and for such purpose he may employ the necessary labor to carry out the provisions of this section. All expenses of labor and costs incurred shall, when approved by the Safety-Service Director, be paid out of City funds and by City Council for said purpose. (Ord. 25(2010-11). Passed 4-11-11.)
