(a) Any person owning land or an occupant of land within the City of Belpre shall be required to cut all grass, all noxious and harmful weeds, and all harmful vines on the land owned or occupied by the person.
(b) For the frequency of cutting all grass, any grass growing upon any lot or parcel of land and exceeding the height of six (6) inches shall be deemed to be a grass that must be cut pursuant to Section 557.01.
(c) For the frequency of cutting of and destroying all noxious or poisonous weeds or vines growing upon any lot or parcel of land and exceeding a height of eight (8) inches shall be deemed to be noxious or poisonous weeds and vines pursuant to Section 557.01.
