RATES FOR WATER USERS INSIDE CITY LIMITS
The following water rate schedule shall apply to users inside City limits:
GALLONS USED | RATE |
1 to 3,000 | 3.01 per thousand gallons |
3,001 to 12,000 | 2.34 per thousand gallons |
12,001 to 22,000 | 1.79 per thousand gallons |
22,001 and above | 1.53 per thousand gallons |
RATES FOR WATER USERS OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS
The following water rate schedule shall apply to users who reside outside City limits:
GALLONS USED | RATE |
1 to 3,000 | 9.05 per thousand gallons |
3,001 to 12,000 | 4.66 per thousand gallons |
12,001 to 22,000 | 2.66 per thousand gallons |
22,001 and above | 1.90 per thousand gallons |
MINIMUM WATER CHARGE
(a) The minimum monthly water charge shall be as follows for users inside City limits:

(b) The minimum monthly water charge shall be as follows for users outside City limits:
