EXHIBIT A

EFFECTIVE 01/01/2009

   (a)   The following are hereby fixed as the fair, proportional, and reasonable rates for sewer service charges and user charges, based upon the metered consumption of water:

      (1)   First 3,000 gallons per month – inside City limits – $5.90 per thousand gallons;

      (2)   First 3,000 gallons per month – outside City limits – $8.86 per thousand gallons;

      (3)   Over 3,000 gallons per month – inside City limits – $4.91 per thousand gallons; and

      (4)   Over 3,000 gallons per month – outside City limits – $8.87 per thousand gallons.

   (b)   The minimum monthly sewer charge shall be $17.71 inside the City and $26.57 outside the City. (Ord. 8(2008-09). Passed 11-24-08.)
