(a) The Safety-Service Director of the City of Belpre is hereby authorized to oversee all City parks and recreational facilities, to promulgate rules and regulations governing the use of said City parks and recreational facilities, and to post signs and regulations governing the use of said City parks and recreational facilities.
(b) No person shall refuse to obey any sign or regulation governing the use of City parks and recreational facilities which has been posted upon the order of the Safety-Service Director. (Ord. 4(2006-07). Passed 5-31-06.)
(c) Any person refusing to obey any sign or regulation governing the use of City parks and recreational facilities which has been posted upon the order of the Safety-Service Director shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and a second offense within any two (2) year period may be treated as a third degree misdemeanor.
