1325.09 PORTABLE POOLS.

All portable pools of less than twenty-four inches in depth of water or less than 250 square feet of top water surface area, shall be exempt from the requirements of this chapter, provided that a responsible person shall be in attendance when the pool is in use; at all other times the pool shall be empty of water, or adequately protected to prevent accidental entry.
